The Mountain Calendar is managed by Mountain Forum , an electronic network of networks across five regions that promotes sustainable mountain development through information exchange and advocacy. Mountain Forum's electronic information services include this calendar of events, a large membership database, global, regional and thematic discussion lists, focussed electronic conferences and an online library of documents related to sustainable mountain development.
